A more polished formMill

We didn't want Workspace to feel like a place where you just view and edit forms. In formMill, workspace forms were already fully collaborative — teammates could edit forms and work with them just like individual forms.

But there was an awkward part: Pro capabilities were still guarded when a Free teammate entered a Pro workspace. That made less sense the more we thought about it. If the workspace owner has access to a feature, why should the same workspace suddenly behave differently for a teammate working on that form?

So we changed the logic. Now, when you're working with a Pro-owned workspace, teammates can use the workspace's forms with the same feature access as the Pro workspace owner — including the available analytics and Pro functionality.

We also gave the workspace itself a visual refresh. The old grey workspace pill badges have been replaced with a softer sky-blue treatment, making workspace-related UI feel lighter.

The newly introduced Design Panel isn't done yet. We're continuing to expand the design system so forms can feel more like something you designed rather than something you simply filled in.

More fonts and more banners are coming soon. We're also working on a Custom Thank You Message feature, so the experience after someone submits a form can eventually be tailored to the form itself.

You might also see Banner Pages — an optional page that appears before the form, giving you a place to explain what the form is about before someone starts filling it out. You can toggle it on whenever you need it.

The Design Panel is becoming a larger part of how formMill thinks about customization, so expect this area to keep evolving and getting better.

We stripped the default thank-you page back to what actually matters: a clear success state, a short message, and one quiet next step.

The result is a cleaner ending to the form — less interface, more breathing room, and no unnecessary information competing with the confirmation itself.

And this is only the beginning. The upcoming Custom Thank You Message feature will give creators much more control over this final moment.

formMill is also introducing regional pricing for customers in India. Instead of showing the standard global $25/month Pro price, users and customers in India will see ₹649/month.

We wanted the price to make much more sense in the local market while keeping the same feature-packed Pro experience. At ₹649/month, formMill is the most affordable feature-packed form builder for customers in India — even compared with Indian-built alternatives like Zoho.

We also bundled a bunch of smaller UI changes that don't need their own announcement, but make formMill feel noticeably better when you use it.

• Simplified and reduced the loading spinner.
• Made the form-not-found state cleaner and quieter.
• Simplified the "Made with formMill" watermark.
• Reduced visual clutter across existing screens.
• Refined spacing, hierarchy, and empty states in places that felt heavier than they needed to.

None of these changes are huge on their own. Together, they raise the baseline of the whole product.
